README: Add Podman, vhost-user links, and links to Bugzilla queries

Unfortunately Bugzilla doesn't enable sharing of queries to
unregistered users:
  https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=400063

...but we can still use ugly search links.
